this works well for the well-to-do especially in a place like Manhattan which has filthy rich people. The filthy rich don't want to associate with people who have no choice but public housing but you can't get basic housing because you weren't chosen in a lottery? nonsense!
In addition to small group and individual tutoring and afterschool programming, I started working specifically with special needs kids.
