Yesterday, the weather in California was UGLY!!!!! It was rainy and windy. When I went to the bank there was 3 inches of water in the parking lot. The drains can't withhold that amount of rain. I heard that people were going 32 miles/hr on the highway even though there weren't any accidents. When I was going back to Bay Area, the traffic was stopped Northbound I-5 with 5 police there and several big rigs pulled to the side. I thought there was an accident because of the rain. Right now, it's a lot better even trying to get sunny and I hope it actually gets there
