AU issues

I have already started tutoring students with Alternatives Unlimited. However, there are some issues with payroll. The paychecks are coming late. Theay are supposed to come on the 5th and 20th of each month. The District Coorindator has to email us to tell us when we will be getting paid and they usually come a week late. There are also issues with bounced paychecks. Several tutors are having problems with this, myself and another colleague included. I asked if I could contact the VP and was advised not to. I am afraid of depositing the next paycheck. I think I'll cash it out then deposit the cash.
