cooking update

This morning, I did some more cooking: pot roast, spaghetti, and white sauce

Pot Roast
This time I bought 3 lb instead of 2 lb because I don't want to cook as often. Most of it is fat even though I told the butcher to cut it off. This time I used one whol onion: the remainder from last time since it's still very fresh and the halk of a new one I cut this morning

White Sauce
I finally got the white sauce to take! Yipee! First I melted a whole stick of butter then added one cup of flour. Immediately I added milk and started stirring until the consistency took and lumps were removed. At the same time, I kept adding parmesan cheese which helps with the consistency and makes it taste cheesy
