spinach salad

I waited until after Easter lent to make a spinach salad and I did one this morning. First, I mixed lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper and then added spinach salad and mixed them. Next, I sprinkled feta cheese on top. Lastly, I bioled two eggs. I left them bioling for about 30-40 min and let them cool, mashed them into small pieces and sprinkled them on top. The salad tastes good to my liking. I used small portions as I am only 1 person. Next time, I try a chicken cesar salad.
