brocccoli dish

I tried melting a stick of solid cheddar cheese to put in the broccoli but it didn't work. Last night, I melted half a box of creamy Alfredo sauce on medium heat and fried half the bag of broccoli on medium heat then mixed the two together. The Alfredo sauce was about half watery and half solid but tasted pretty good. This morning, the cheese solidified. Next, I will try Nacho cheese and grated Parmesan cheese. For the nacho cheese, I'll melt it in a pan on medium heat. For the Parmesan cheese, I'll add it to broccoli as I cook it so the cheese will melt as the broccoli cooks. I'll let you know how it turns out and hopefully lessons learned.
