meat sauce

My current food cravings: veal parmesan and meat sauce. I grinded 1 lb of ground beef with cut red onions, salt and pepper. When the mixture was smooth, I heated it with a whole stick of butter on medium heat until the meat was hardened. I then added pragu sauce. I think a whole stick of butter may be too much for 1 lb of ground beef.
