cooking and cleaning

yesterday morning Iworked like a mad woman: waxed kitchen florrs, wiped of granite counter tops, changed garbage bags, cooked, cleaned kitchen sink, and inside and outside of the oven and stope top. Yesterday, I made a salad with garlic powder, baby carrots and cucumbers, lettuce, and tomatoes. I also made another sald with cold crab meat, fried green peas, a dressing of olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper, and topped it off with cilantro. I also made fillet and sea scallops toppped with messquite seasoning, pesto sauce, and oregano, soaked it in olive oil for 1 hour, added the remaining sauce mixture to both trays and heated it for 1 hour at 350 degrees. The bottom tray the fillet burnt at the bottom. I'm wondering if that's because I didn't add enough of the sauce mixture or if it was closer to the heat.
