made some white sauce yesterday using one stick of butter, one cup of flour, parmesan cheese speaking of I had to stop twice to get more parmesan cheese because I didn't realize I didn't have enough, and kept adding milk so it doesn't become too thick and finally sprinkled basil leaves. I think it turned out better than previous one. Also made chocolate covered strawberries by melting black chocolate on low heat, dipping strawberries after I wetted and dried them, then dipped them in red sugar and waited two hourse before eating. I think I should have dried the strawberries a little more and used waz paper as per the instructions but they turned out pretty good
