finally used the corn oil to make some crispy potatoes. They didn't burn, they were edible even after 1 day. Too bad some of them broke in the heat. Made an egg salad. Hard bioled the eggs, crumpled them into small pieces, mixed them in some sprinkled salt and pepper. Cut thetomatoes into small slices, threw out the inside, drained the moisture and added them on top of the eggs. For the hummus, added a tablespoon of tahini, lemon juice, sprinkled salt and pepper, a tablespoon of minced garlic and water. Grined them and topped off with some olive oil and smoked paprika.
