yesterday's highlights:
1. the potatoes turned out better than expected

yesterday's stressors:
1. had a hard time melting choclocate for the strawberries. it would burn and not moisten but I managed to get some pretty good berries with the samll amount left
2. one girl in my building used all 3 washers and both dryers for two bed covers, towels, bedsheets all morning. I took one finished load out of one of the washers for my own laundry. After she spent one hour drying the towels and bedsheets she put in the bed cover which would be another hour. I told her people have been waiting all morrning but she didn't seem to care! After an hour, I took her stuff out and put mine in but she had come to collect it.
