finding a translator

I am really concerned about the education one of my students is getting. The mom is uneducated and can't speak English so I asked the mom of another student to translate. It's a good thing because she says she translates for the patients at the contra costa county health clinics. The patients only speak Spanish and the doctors can't speak Spanish.
