changes in the workplace

At ACMC changes are a brewing. My coworker said the boss wants her to put together a volunteer program in the dentistry dept so she had to meet with director in the dentistry dept. ACMC is now alarmed count health systems to show comprehensive care. There was an interdepartmental meeting where the lady conducting the meeting said things that I noticed. 1. She said;'' some of you work hard & others just come." In the dept I work in they spend lots of time talking about personal issues. When I went to get paperwork, I heard one lady say;"I'm going to feed my face because its one thing I know how to do" 2. She told them that they need to stop shifting patients on to coworkers. The day I did patient registration I noticed they give patients the runaround. She told them in many ways; benchmarking against other hospitals, filling out patient apps that they need to produce more. I'll see what happens.
