baby scenario

heard something funny at work today. There was a code pink (infant abduction) so my boss went to investigate. My coworker and I were speculating: either a child was abducted or there was a false alarm. She said false alarms happen more than you think. The babes were wrist bands on their arms that have sensors and the alarms are set up to go off when they detect the sensor. She also thought someone walked to close to the alarm. She said there was one case where a baby did wewe on the alarm and it shorted going off. I said that they'd have to fix the alarm and that maybe the diaper the baby was wearing wasn't good. First time I hear of a baby doing wewe on an alarm. They must have been embarrassed and the engineering team and MCH dept must have had a good laugh over that one!
