Steve Polka

A few days ago, I was trying on pants at Macys and one of them fit funny because they had short legs. A few years ago, my mom had some pants altered and said that the alterer made them too short at the legs. On the phone she said that they looked like Charlie Chaplain's pants and then asked the lady on the phone why she was laughing. May be she never heard that before. Both of these scenarios made me think of Steve Urkel with his short pants.
