problems with Obama administration

Although the Bush administration was far from perfect, the Obama administration has brought problems that weren't seen before. Twice: once before the Obamacare legislation was supposed to pass, his people couldn't vote on the bill so the deadline was not met. Now, the day Obamacare was supposed to go into effect; Oct 1st;  the government shutdown. In the most powerful country in the world: THE GOVERNMENT SHUTS DOWN!. First time anybody has ever heard of it. Seems like he's incompetent. What's going to happen next when he tries to p[ass another piece of legislation?
