Shaq coming to Sacramento

Although this topic is unusual for me, I know a lot of you will be interested in it. As everyone knows now, Shaq is the new part-owner of the Kings. Do you think he could turn around their never-ending losing streak? As much as I'm a Kings fan, you've got to admit, they are dead last in the Western Pacific division. So, what kind of miracles could Shaq work?
1. He's an all-star player who's gone through the recruiting process, so maybe he'll know how to recruit a good coach and players
2. He and Kobe hated each other but worked well together so the Lakers had a stellar record. So maybe he can foster some teamwork which the kings desperately need! They don't pass when they should and miss lots of shots on offense and lots of blocks on defense. In short, they let the ball get past them.
3. Seeing one of their own as an owner just may boost the King's morale so they'll be more psyched to play better!
4. Shaq has entertained spreading himself outside of just being a basketball player. I heard sometime back that he was planning on being a sheriff. Now he co-owns a team so clearly there are other skill sets he wants to capitalize on
