on the elevator back up to my unit, I heard some young woman on the phone saying, " it's not as prestigious you deal with a lot of poor and sick people, a lot of immigrants and refugees" they need the same things that the rich people do, they deserve the same rights that the rich people have. Maybe this person should be a plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills or Park Avenue or specialize in something really rare or be the head of a specialty unit at UCSF, Stanford, John Hopkins. That will really be PRESTIGIOUS!
