They are just acting too quickly without thinking about lasting change. People need to think about this REALISTICALLY! We can't construe every little thing as racist
In addition to small group and individual tutoring and afterschool programming, I started working specifically with special needs kids.

PEOPLE ARE TAKING THE RACISM REFORM TOO FAR!
I think that the 4 cops killing George Floyd is disgusting and people should protest racism but people are going too far! Canceling the tv show Cops, dismantling police. Rewriting the classic Gone with the Wind, rearranging shelves with cultural products. Not all cops are like those 4, you can't change the historical period Gone with the Wind represents, rearranging shelves changes nothing you still have the same products. On the same note, when the black restaurant owner was killed defending his business from rioters where were the protests and memorial for him? Where was his 4 hour televised funeral? When the black retired police sergeant was killed responding to a break in at a pawn shop, where were the protests and memorial for him? Where was the 4 hour televised funeral for him? One place was going to send college acceptance letters to every high school student in one place. Have you checked their high school records? What if they lack the skills and maturity to survive in college? You are just hurting them. Going back to the police, if we dismantle the police, our society will be OUT OF CONTROL! Who will be call when there's a robbery or another crime being committed? Batman? With all the hysteria people are over eager to change racism that they are not looking at realistically what needs to be done
