ABSOLUTELY HEARTBREAKING! The governor and mayor SHOULD HAVE NEVER cut the budget to the L.A. Fire Department. They should have supplied water to the reservoirs. If they had, L.A. WOULD NOT be in this mess!
In addition to small group and individual tutoring and afterschool programming, I started working specifically with special needs kids.
