cooking

yesterday, I bought a blender from Costco along with some ground beef. It was easy to put the blender together. I put ground beef, salt, pepper, yellow onions in the blender and used the chop, stir, and food processor features to grind it. It was my first time grinding the beef for the spaghetti sauce. This is something my mom used to do and it tasted very good when she did it. I decided to use about 1/4 of the ground beef and freeze the rest for later. I had to take some beef out of the blender because it wasn't big enough. I decided to put all of it in another bigger blender since the box had two blenders; one for drinks and another for meat. However, the blender started to over heat so I stopped it. I put the other blender back in and was wondering why the meat wasn't grinding until I saw that I forgot to put the blade back in. The blade wouldn't fit back on so I had to rinse it and the inside of the blender which solved that problem. I then melted some butter in a pot then put in the ground beef mixture and stirred it. It looked the same way that my moms does but I put it in the freezer for when I decided to eat it later. I then made some mashed potatoes and friedn shrimp which I also bought yesterday at Costco. The kitchen was a mess so it took a good 15 minutes of cleaning. My back ached when I started cleaning the kitchen. I'll mix in the Ragu and let you know how it turns out later
