As mentioned in a previous post, I wanted to decorate my home with nonflower pieces. I went to Michaels, an arts and crafts store with great stuff. It has plenty of fionished floral pieces and many things to do your own florals and other art projects. It's website is http://www.michaels.com/. I made a floral piece which I will post probably tomorrow. To do this, I bought 1. a vase 2. several fake flowers 3. foam-I wanted something different from the sand I had 4. moss because I saw a finished piece with moss and liked it 5. wire cutters
In addition to small group and individual tutoring and afterschool programming, I started working specifically with special needs kids.
