jogging

Does anyone like to jog in the early morning? How about if you have a dog? Kills two birds with one stone. You do your exercise and give your dog their exercise at the same time.

I felt like jogging yesterday in the morning. Why? It doesn't cost anything. It's a good chance to see nature. It makes you eager to start the day early.

Yesterday, I went jogging once around the neighborhood. I felt I could do more so I took a second lap. I then took a break and then took my dog jogging one time around the neighborhood. I tried to take him a second time but he didn't want to go so I went by myself but cut the lap short. Later on, I tried to take him on a second lap but he didn't want to go so I forced myself to do a thrid lap but made it very short. Today, I'm sore all over but I'll do it again. Maybe, my body will get used to it.

Question for the frequent joggers, how do you do it so that you eventually get used to it and not get sore the first day? Or is it inevitable?
