chicken and salad

today I had a rather tasty meal of salad where I used the good lettuce, white onions, grapes, and kidney beans. Threw out the old lettuce and the parsely leaves since I saw they were getting bad. Seperate dish of chicken breasts with yellow onions, garlic salt, pepper, and basil leaves. Left the meat on low heat then increased the heat to about low medium to make it finish faster. The sauce and cooked onions made it taste soooo gooood. However that burns it so its probably best to just leave it in longer.
