plant problem

as for the plants I think the leaves are wilting away. I've been watering once a week and the soil's wet so I don't know if part of the flowering process is for the leaves to grow then die. Not to metion I used plant food a second time. On a good note, I think I see a bud on the remaining seeds I planted because I noticed that one of the pots had less leaves compared to the others. I wanted to make it look as full as the other pots.
