mattress disaster!

MATRESS DISASTER! today the delivery people from Macys came to set up my mattress but since my current bed was intact: headoard/footboard, frame they said they couldn't disassemble it and left without taking away old mattress or setting up new one. I went online to look at mattress stores found Sleep Train, Mancini's sleepworld and matress discounter. Of the three I liked sleep trains stuff the best found a headboard which I couldn't get at Macys and bought 2 pillows from Mancini's which I used to test the mattresses. I guess good because I found 2 pillows and headboard but bad because the new mattress still isn't set up Has anyone ever bought a matress @Macys? If not can you suggest stores where they dissasemble old frames?
